The room was clean, breakfast was good, and location was perfect for our trip.

The pool was way too cold.

Pictures of the facility on line are not what is there. The pictures show a hot tub no hot tub. The pictures make you think that the one bedroom suite has 2 bathrooms only one. The hide a bed mattress was horrible. No glasses with the kitchen dishes.

The breakfast was nothing great just ok.

The stay was great I loved the hotel I loved the kitchen and the dishwasher it came with dishes.

I didn't like the hotel double charged my card and each time I called about it they kept giving me the run around on who to talk to and it still haven't been resolved yet .

Great complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, and great facilities! Rooms and location are nice as well! Nice that you are able to bring along with pets if needed! Also there's an area that has snacks and beverages for purchases if you're unable to make it out for lunch, dinner, or the like!

Believe the jacuzzi is still being worked on for renovations or the like. Would be nice to relax in the jacuzzi besides the pool!

Breakfast has limited choices and same for the two weeks spent at the facility. This should be improved upon

Only breakfast is available. Others meals have to be ordered from restaurants near by.

Check in was easy. The young man was very helpful.

The rooms didn't make me feel as if though they were sanitized. No stickers on the door to inform you they were. The remote had no plastic coverings on it. The next morning I woke up with a sore throat in which I was fine before I entered the establishment and way before. I went and got tested for covid and results were positive. You all need to make your guest feel safe especially with sanitizing as Covid plus more still exist .

Nice amount of space. Liked there were two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a large living area between them. Near the highway but no highway noise - very peaceful

The fireplace did not work

It was available last minute, after missing our flight. Morning breakfast was good, varied selection, something for everyone.

Could have used a refresh, everything from the bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom, etc, could use an update.

Room was spacious and cozy at the same time. My family enjoyed our stay :)

We needed a space with two separate sleeping areas which this hotel could provide. The staff was very professional and pleasant.

Lobby was very clean, but rooms were very dirty. Dishes in the unit were greasy. Furniture and walls were dirty. Couch has no support in the middle to the point you can't even sit on it. The pool area was extremely cold and in very poor condition. Also a lack of available parking due to snow. We had to park at the hotel across the street. Also very little hot water.
