The location near the airport. Clean rooms. Good facilities overall. The typical Courtyard by Marriott product in the USA.
The airport shuttle does not run after 11 pm. The hotel does not proactively advise this anywhere. Many other guests were waiting at the airport terminal. Besides, when one tried contacting the hotel there was no answer on the phone. Apparently there was disruption at the airport as there was a long queue when we finally arrived at the hotel using our own transportation. The lady at reception admitted she was too overwhelmed with other guests checking in to pick up the phone.

Food in the bistro was decent
Unfortunately overall appearance of the hotel is more dated then it appears in photos. Carpets and bathrooms could use a facelift. Airport shuttle not punctual, was told pick up would take 20 mins on arrival, it took over an hour. Booked return shuttle to airport the next day at 15:30 (having been told it goes every half hour). Once again delayed and left for terminal almost 20 mins late.

La coordinación del shuttle se podría hacer x WhatsApp o por medio de la App de booking. Tuve problemas con el roaming de mi teléfono lo que dificultó un poco la coordinación inicialmente. Pero si contaba con Internet por lo que de haber contado con otra opción hubiera sido más fácil

4月7日に、事前に電話で確認を取ったら、宿泊者名簿に名前が無いといわれ、宿泊を断わられたので、宿泊していない。カード会社には宿泊代金の請求が来ているので、ホテル側のミスだと思うが、非常に腹が立つ。当日は日食特別価格？
更には、空き部屋も見つけにくい状態だったので、他の空き宿の捜索も困難を極め、非常に焦った。
残念ながら、私の英語力ではホテル側との交渉はできないと判断したため、交渉断念するに至った。屈辱的ですらある。二度と、このような思いはしたくない。

There is no shuttle service for early flights. So if you have an early flight, you will have to take an Uber.
Also the coffee shop inside was closed and I could have used a strong coffee at that time.

The place was lovely and clean
Definitely needed a car to get about, but there was a shuttle that brought u to places if needed. Bar wasn't opened till 5pm everyday, and only food at certain times were provided

Location was perfect, nice pool and good sized rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing, nothing seemed like too much and I felt they went above and beyond what was expected from them. The courtesy bus taking us to local restaurants was a massive plus. Thank you.

The breakfast was good. I loved the room services how they would bring it your room or bring it out to you.Rafael our shuttle driver was very nice and explained what to eat and what places to go visit in our trip. The front desk was very helpful best service I have had. Clean rooms,good food, and great customer service
