I had a place to rest.

Upon my check in arrival no staff was on site. There was a bit on the POS stating “be back went to pick up guests at airport” - this was alarming seeing no one on site. Including a security guard. This was a HUGE security risk for the property. My room was “cleaned up” located dried vomit on walls next to headboard, stains on carpet.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, sheets had stains, misc stuff left from last person who stayed in room

Front desk staff was amazing he made for much give the rate I gave not because the hotel wasn’t to par but because the way he treat us was superb !! Unfortunately I cannot remember the young gentleman’s name but he was during the morning shift.

I liked that I could make changes to my reservation easily. Such as canceling via online site.

I did not like being charged over $200 for canceling my reservation as it was done well before 24 hours from check in.
