Staff responsible

Noisy as heck. TV did not have access to espn. Tech guy showed up to reboot the tv within 5 minutes. OK it worked but the TV package was lame and I missed the ball game. Not worth the money for the stay. Clearly this is an older building. Many nice attempts to upgrade the facility. Hall outside the room dark like a dungeon- get some better lighting and fix the damn thing. I’ll be back to the area but won’t choose this hotel at that price.

Pool was cold and facility was not clean

the tie was good for me i had to leave and stay by myself to think things over and reflect and everyone their and even the the food was excellent it really did me very good

Tha staff and the cleanliness of the place

They have real bad nats flying around in the room all day. Offer the take $40 off my entire booking. The stuff was just ok.

Conveniently located.

The rooms that surround the pool have an overwhelming smell of bleach. And the ones on the first floor smelled moldy. (I was thankfully moved with no issue)

The location was okay, some staff members were polite, and others had no knowledge of the premises, which is very strange.

If we would pick a -5, then we would. Our stay at this property was not pleasant at all. We arrived on July 15th late at night to a room that had long strings of blonde colored hair in the bathroom, semen on the bathroom wall, and no air conditioning in our room. Breakfast on Sunday was supposedly a "buffet" with few options and woe unto you if you don't eat pork like we do. Only protein options were scrambled eggs, bacon, or pork sausages. Terrible!! Oatmeal was poorly done, too heavy at first, then too light a little while later. Monday morning, we had a sitdown menu, much to our surprise! This wasn't mentioned on the site when we added the breakfast option to our room. We spoke to David, the manager, on Monday morning, and he promised to look into our issues and adjust the amount accordingly. This hasn't since been done, and all we got was our invoice. All in all, it was a terrible time here and definitely NOT Mariott standards.
