I was initially placed in a room with an infestation of fruit flies , it was swarming all over our luggages even b4 we could have a chance to unload. They however did transfer us to s different room . I wish they would be more diligent in cleaning. Thrash was all piled up in
In front of the door . I wish I had a chance to snap som photos was so disgusted.

I liked everything. I stayed at a place in Tinton falls the night before here with a better review that wasn’t as half nice as this. I seriously cant believe some of the bad reviews. Place was clean and so spacious. Pool looked clean.Breakfast fabulous. Staff especially front desk very friendly. I come down from RI once a summer to this area. I will positively stay here again ( Thus is my second time here)Full refrigerator and stove. Loved it!!!
It’s really a sign of the area. I wish it was a little cheaper on Friday and Saturday but speaks more for this area than this hotel

Nothing other than the location.
Our entire stay at the facility was very disappointing. The facility is terribly worn and needs a major update. The tub had stains, the baseboards in the room were filthy, and the pillows on the bed were hard. This was a terrible value for the money. We were there for 3 nights and our room keys were originally only activated for one night. When we went to the desk to get them reactivated the same desk clerk didn’t apologize or say anything. The rooms had a lingering smell of marijuana smoke. I stayed in this property about 20 years ago and it looks like nothing has been done to maintain the property in that time period.

The room was a good size and had good amenities.
You could tell it was an older place. It just seemed to need a good deep clean. The linens and towels were clean, but the walls and furniture had food stains.

Breakfast was good. There were a good amout of options
Overall upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel was not good. Staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Just wasn't a good hotel to deal with.

This place is dated, everything needs to be gutted and renovated...and drywalling repairs, paint, new flooring, furniture etc....

convenient to transportation
broken glass screen in fireplace with chips of glass still inside
had a couple of my grandson’s with me and this was certainly disturbing to see shards of glass all over the fireplace as well as shards still stuck in framing of a panel of one of the glass doors to isolate fireplace
it was supposed to be cleaned up the following day as I reported it on the evening of our arrival!
the desk person made a note of this and I have a copy that showed it was evident upon arrival
of course all the rooms were occupied according to the log at desk!

The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom....I had to clean up urine on the toilet and floor. NO we did not use the bathroom yet. Our toilet ran all night long. We tried calling front desk but no answer and then we were too tired to take it any further.
Bathroom toilet ran all night now and the kitchen sink was not drain. Because of the clogged sink....the room had a odor. again, we tried calling the front deck with no success. We were exhausted and didn't go directly to front desk. I am disabled and had a second floor room. stairs were hard to navigate.

Ample parking, breakfast was good.
Rooms were old. Sheets were dirty when I pulled them back but after I requested them to be changed someone came and changed them to new sheets. Bathroom/furniture, tv was old. I just expected more from a three star hotel.

lack of cooking utensils and cookware. Bed was horrible - basically u-shaped. Management and maintenance staff were rude. Housekeeping missed our room 3 times out of 11.
