Proximity to airport. Clean. Comfortable beds.

24 airport shuttle. Arrived at SLC after long delayed day of travel at 230a. Called for free 24hr shuttle to hotel. Receptionist said shuttle would be there in 20 min. 45 minutes later still no shuttle. As I was going to call back another nearby hotel shuttle felt sorry for us and gave us a ride. When we got there receptionist was like “Sorry.” I don’t think she ever meant to send a shuttle. We had 4 in room. Only had 2 towels asked multiple times for a couple more towels. Never got them. Couch was missing one of its back cushions.

The breakfast food needed more time to heat through. In general hotels have become very expensive with less services.

A large tour bus completely wiped out the breakfast. However the gentleman that was overseeing the replenishing of the items was vet friendly and engaged each guest to reassure them that more items were coming. He made the impact of the tour bus sooo much less annoying.

The room were quite nice. I liked the layout and the separate shower/sink and toilet/sink rooms.

I booked this hotel because I needed something close to the airport with shuttle service. When I arrived I called for a shuttle…it took two calls and 50 minutes for them to show up. Also, the shuttle stops a multiple hotels, which is a pain. But, what really got me was I tried to book a 7 or 7:30am shuttle for my return flight and was told those times are not available to customers. They are held for flight crews. I was left with either a 6:30 or 8:00am shuttle….not ideal for most travelers flying out!! They need their own shuttle and they need to run more trips at peak hours. I wrote a long e-mail to the hotel manager and have yet to get a response.
