Check in was quick and easy. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and nice. Check out was a breeze.

Nothing honestly.

I had no refrigerator in my room. Also booked a king. Got a double.

Too expensive. Had to pay for breakfast so we went to a nearby restaurant in the rain.

Our first room was filthy...no towels, bed sheet was inside out and didn't fit, hairs on the sheets, dirty bathroom and floors. I complained and was given a clean room but my discomfort for staying there after that was not something that I could overcome. I was basically staying because I was exhausted and it was late.

Good central location for our visit to the area. The room was very clean.

While the room was clean, the facilities are very dated. The tub/shower, where the water runs from both the faucet and shower head at the same time without any way to cut one or the other off, is overdue for remodeling. It's time to replace them with walk-in shower facilities with modern brighter lighting and a bathroom vent fan. The lighting at the vanity and only mirror was not very bright for my wife to apply her makeup. This is another area direly in need of updating. The electricial plugs beside the beds were completely unsafe and a fire hazard, honestly. They were so worn out that our phone chargers couldn't stay plugged into them. The fast charger plugs fell out almost immediately after we plugged them in. What's the point of having a Starbucks in your lobby if it's closed all the time? If you can't sleep in a little on a Saturday and get an $8 cup of coffee at 10 AM, why even have a Starbucks franchise? Part of why we booked this room was due to the advertisement of the Starbucks available on site.

very clean, close to lots of restaurants and stores.

The spa is down and not working. wall paper was stained, furniture stained and scratched, patios are dirty. Bed spreads look like they haven’t been washed in a while.

seems like up keep us down from my last visit.
