Cleanliness Kind and nice staff

Congested lobby bar or cafeteria even during late night due to the party. But my room is upstairs, and I had no issue when I take a rest.

The scenery

The hotel was run down, I was told by the manager I would be refunded for my night because of the hotel's deplorable conditions but no one was ever available when I called the hotel. Stained bed sheets, no ice machines, dirty rooms, charging $40 to self park your car in a lot the size of a stadium. Honestly an awful stay and not worth the luxury price.

The facilities are nice and clean. We had a nice stay.

Restaurant and Bar. Convenient off the highway

1- The room was clean and spacious 2- The staff were friendly and willing to help. 3- The food quality was acceptable. 4- The atmosphere was nice and the view was beautiful

1- Our bathroom door's lock was broken, and the bathtub was old. 2- There was a wedding happening the night we stayed there. People were SUPER loud at 1 a.m. My child couldn't sleep well, and no one asked them to understand other people were there too. 3- In the morning, the elevators were full and we waited 15 minutes to go down for breakfast. 4- The facility doesn't have a pool

Funny smell when we first came in the lobby doors. There was 2 weddings which made for a very packed hotel. Rude guest from the wedding party as well. Room for what we paid could have been more clean and updated.

The location was great. the ambiance of the hotel was great.

No breakfast service until later in the morning. no pool at this location. and with so many weddings going on found alcohol and drug paraphernalia throughout the halls
