Kind and nice staff
Congested lobby bar or cafeteria even during late night due to the party. But my room is upstairs, and I had no issue when I take a rest.

The scenery
The hotel was run down, I was told by the manager I would be refunded for my night because of the hotel's deplorable conditions but no one was ever available when I called the hotel. Stained bed sheets, no ice machines, dirty rooms, charging $40 to self park your car in a lot the size of a stadium. Honestly an awful stay and not worth the luxury price.

1- The room was clean and spacious
2- The staff were friendly and willing to help.
3- The food quality was acceptable.
4- The atmosphere was nice and the view was beautiful
1- Our bathroom door's lock was broken, and the bathtub was old.
2- There was a wedding happening the night we stayed there. People were SUPER loud at 1 a.m. My child couldn't sleep well, and no one asked them to understand other people were there too.
3- In the morning, the elevators were full and we waited 15 minutes to go down for breakfast.

The view
Funny smell when we first came in the lobby doors. There was 2 weddings which made for a very packed hotel. Rude guest from the wedding party as well. Room for what we paid could have been more clean and updated.

The location was great. the ambiance of the hotel was great.
No breakfast service until later in the morning. no pool at this location. and with so many weddings going on found alcohol and drug paraphernalia throughout the halls

Nice view from the room. Breakfast OK, but like cheaper alternatives. Parking lot snowplowed and salted, so safe.
Wrong room, one w/o a view given, and there was little apology. In the morning, the trashcans in lobby/dining area were overflowing. Pizza boxes left on tables and not cleared. What does staff do at night when there is less to do given guests are sleeping?

The location was super close to the area my friend, I came to visit, lives by.
Plenty of parking
I like the food options within the hotel.
I wish I had not been in a room with a connecting door. I could hear EVERY SINGLE THING the guests next door were saying. All the words. And all the actions as well could be heard. This wasn't pleasant.

Staff and property awesome! We travel often to Ann Arbor, Marriott Eagle Crest is the place to go.
Everything and everyone was great, we wouldn’t change anything.

I had to ask to have the room cleaned, there were no closet for clothes, no safe for valuables
