Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

The fire alarm had a major problem in my room and I had to move to another room because they could not repair it. However the staff was awesome during my entire stay.

Room was clean. Everything was convenient

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles that were set too high for my 7 year old.

Excellent staff and very clean rooms and hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have likes some eggs on the breakfast bar.

The location is good and staff were very nice. I like how the rooms have a mini kitchenette. It’s ideal for long term stays.

It’s a little dated. You can tell the rooms are getting old. There’s rusting on some fixtures and the AC units look like they’ve been through it. There is also a musky smell in the rooms and the hallways

Beds were comfortable

Fire alarm flashed regularly during the night; no sound, just white light flashing

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the whole place was very clean. King size bed was comfortable. Pool and fitness room were clean and worked out well.

Sofa bed, not so much but we made it work for 2 nights. Probably time to replace it. Slept best unfolded.
