Beds and space was nice and as expected.
Toaster didn’t work. Coffee maker was defective. Upstairs TV didn’t work. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi on our phones. Called for help with TV and Wi-Fi and was told they’d come in 20 minutes. I called again after 45 minutes and was told they’d be there in 5 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours of them not coming we gave up and went to bed.
We had to leave early so I don’t know how the breakfast was.

Brad and Zoe provided excellent customer service. The morning staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a nice selection of items to choose from. Bedding was cozy. Slept well.
The price! I have never spent that much on a room in my life!

I didn't like that I haven't received the 50 that is refundable for both my stays this passed week.

I liked everything. It was clean, spacious, full kitchen.
I could not tell if that was mold in thr vent or some weird rust. We were on our way out so I didn't investigate further. Beds where a little hard but I know that's to each person's own preference.

Everything, and the staff specially the women from breakfast was very nice , never have so a clean breakfast ........10/10

Wasn't clean dishes were in dishwasher dirty o n e set of towels pubic hair behind toilet tub had soap ring mirrors were not clean not vacuumed etc

Very nice. Large. Clean. Comfortable. Location was great. Five minutes from venue. Fireplace available but didn't use it. Staff was very nice. Will stay every time in Green Bay. Thank you.

Staff made me feel at "Home" for my first visit in Green Bay! Will stay here Again !

The location was conveniently located between the Weidner center and the downtown area. I also enjoyed the large open space w separated sleeping areas and two restrooms. Additionally, the staff members I interacted with were very helpful and friendly.
The entire property could benefit from some updating. Both the exterior and interior were run down and dingy. I feel like the staff do a good job cleaning and do not fault them at all. It’s obvious that the property is older and has not had new carpet or paint in a very long time.

I’ve been to this property an same room many times. The the kitchen floor was in terrible shape burns all over on both bathtubs . the beds extremely hard
