Roaches in the bathroom, stained, soiled, ripped ,furniture, dirty oven, housekeeping policy.

everyone was awesome! front desk all shifts are amazing !

The hallway to the room smelled like weed. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty with dried food on them. The furniture was filthy. When we advised the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't refund our stay. It took speaking with the general manager to reach a solution that still left us having to seek new accommodations but at least we were refunded.

Rooms weren't cleaned on a daily basis.

The room exceeded my expectations. The space was great. The bedroom sizes were spacious. The two bedroom was the size of a small apartment. It was home away from home

Decent value for money

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was a mess. Did not replenish food regularly so there was little left and saw staff slipping breakfast sandwiches to select guests while they weren’t replenished for all guests.

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.
