The location to our event was close and easy to access. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and very professional.
That there was no complimentary coffee offered (we don't like the instant coffee in the rooms) and complimentary breakfast would be awesome.

The rooms were clean.
I booked for three and was told that there was a couch for the third person. There was not. So, that person had to sleep with another person. Also, the fridge was more of an upright cooler. It had no shelves. And you had to pay for the coffee.

Convenient and quiet
a little dated . my tiles in the room were cracked and you could feel the tile move as I walked and I’m a small petite female . Bathroom sink took forever to go down because it had a slight clog ? i waited 10 min for the original lady to find someone to help me check In . and it took about 20 min before I got my room keys

Location is convenient and easily accessible. My room was cozy, stylish and very clean. The bed was *incredibly* comfy! The shower was great in the AM with lots of warm water. Overall, a very restful night!
Building is comfortable but the exterior is dated and unexciting. Did not eat breakfast onsite. It would have been welcoming and convenient to have a staff member at the bar in the evening. The friendly and courteous frontdesk staffer handled my order but she was no bartender. I was a bit concerned when the nextdoor neighbors started to party in the evening -- the sound travels straight through the walls. Fortunately, they calmed down by bedtime and I only heard them again in the morning. And I always wish for a pool and/or sauna/whirlpool - but, alas, not at this location.

I didn't like that the bar area is not really a bar area and it closed early on a Friday night. Also the water pressure could have been better.

the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. there was mold in the shower on the soap dispensers. housekeeping banged on my door at 0830, after I’d finally managed to get comfortable and fall asleep. I addressed this with front desk lady as I was checking out, she said I should’ve put the Do not disturb sign on the door!!

The sheet upon arrival was not changed !!! Leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower head was not giving a lot of water .. not good
