hard bed, my credit card was charged $30 extra and the sign read debit cards would be charged not credit cards

there was loud working during the day wasn’t aware of any remodeling when booking room. loud noises late at night from kids across the hall .price I was charged at first wasn’t what was quoted to me the staff did fix that part but there were charges made to my room bill from the snack area in hotel that wasn’t charged by myself nor anyone with me

I traveled from Lithia Springs for my great grandson's 1st Christmas . They live in Macon but I always stay at Fairfield in Warner Robins its more upscale. I have stayed at this location in the past because of location and cleanliness. Not this time room 128 carpet not clean something red on it looked dirty, the bed was almost on the floor. When I asked why I was told box springs were on order . I am 64 years old and my bed is more comfortable and sits up higher. This is unacceptable for 228.00. I will be contacting management and completing a review. No one should be put in that room until its upgraded. Very disappointing.

The stained carpet and bed without box springs it hurts your back. Too low. My sister worked for Fairfield in Illinois for years. When traveling that is where I usually stayed. Known for cleanliness and comfortable beds.

Overcharged for the room... Then doubled charge for the room... finally resolved on October 21

I like the room, it’s clean and comfortable. Especially the person at the desk named, Dawn. She’s very polite. She helped us through our booking when we didn’t the right but at the same time she’s very nice, generous, and helpful. We should have like her at the hotel. I appreciate for her and for letting us stay in comfortably.

None. Dawn is a great worker, and other ladies as well. I don’t know their name but they’re great as well. Applause for them.
