The shower was fantastic. And the mattresses very comfortable.

Getting to the location. And when I booked my reservation, I was not told about the remodeling, nor that the swimming pool would be closed and there was no discount for the inconvenience of the remodeling, the banging to hammering, and that there was no pool to use and we Wanted to go swimming.

I loved the sitting area; it allowed my family to join us to talk comfortably.

I would have liked to stay longer. I will definitely return!

I liked the pictures I saw online.

No Continental breakfast. $6 scones. No complimentary coffee. Head manager was intimidating, aggressive and not accountable. Reprimanded scrambling workers in front of guests. Stern, short, unprofessional. Slammed office door after each approach to her desk for solutions. Disheveled staff unable to access what should have been answer to simple billing mistake. Pool wasn’t monitored for state’s alcohol and behavioral rules. Holes in the ceiling. Garbage bag patches. Leaks. Covered in a layer of dust to which was denied but we saw a total of eight rooms which started at five but guests were moved due to malfunctioning rooms and non accommodated handicap requirements. TVs broken. Door locks not working. Food left on floors in multiple rooms from previous guests. Smelled sulphuric. Bed skirts stained. Furnaces malfunctioning and covered in frost. The entire hotel was freezing, especially the lobby with the empty overpriced restaurant. Broken glass. When a manager was finally present on Monday, she stated this was the first she’d heard? The premises are outdated and shot. I could go on and wouldn’t share here if she’d been at least apologetic and more open to addressing the issues or either she or Marriott CS would have taken more responsibility after contacting them. Thanks to the conditions and them overcharging a card almost $500 without explanation for days and refund pending for several more days one 50 year old woman with Down’s syndrome her elderly care provider and their guests were majorly inconvenienced for the weekend and missed out on a once in a lifetime experience.

The staff was all very friendly and very helpful. I like that all doors were locked and safety was important.

The king suite was smaller then expected. It was a bit overpriced compared to my booking price. No continental breakfast.
