Staff was friendly and it was comfortable

The staff was welcoming, rooms were clean, and breakfast was great.

Again, our room was clean, but it had an awful smell to it.

Great assortment for breakfast. Pool was a good temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I think the only "complaints" are our toilet handle stuck down so we had to lift it after every flush. Not a biggie, minor inconvenience. I waited till we left to say anything. Also they could use a 2nd or even 3rd waffle maker as it causes a line and congestion in the breakfast area with only one.

Husband ate I am not a breakfast person. He said it was good .

When I arrived an money was already taken from my account the lady at the front desk said my card was not being accepted. I then showed on my app that the card had already been charged. She then said oh I see the issue I needed the number near the charge. There were Nats an a few tiny ants in the room. No I didn't make a fuss mainly because I was tired!! An I wanted to just sleep

Broken dead bolt lock. Blinking ceiling light in bathroom several electrical lamp plugs for misc equipment did not work. Overall I would rate this property a D- rating. It really lacked attention to details.

Pros: good location, great breakfast, nice pool area

Room was clean but had a smell. Elevator was down and ceiling in the breakfast area was leaking. Also they charged me more on my final receipt (not the extra fee that is removed), than the price I got from Booking.com.
