Theres a partial Starbucks in the building it’s next to a couple of places you can walk to for lunch / coffee / dinner

internet didn’t work for my husbands computer or my cell phone. no central AC! loud and clunky unit that ran and ran and ran and couldn’t get the temp where we wanted it. made it feel humid in the room. hard to sleep with the noise. bottles of water were $7 dollars! no hairdryer in the room

the property was very clean and very nice.

On booking website the pictures of the room i booked had a private spa and there wasnt one in the room when i got there. The hotel didnt even have any rooms with a private spa. The manager didn't help me in getting my refund told me I should ask booking and booking kept telling me to ask the manager about getting my refund. It was like I was talking to children. Playing telephone. Booking and management did a poor job communicating with eachother. I wanted my money back due to false advertisement and didn't. The private spa was the only reason I booked the place and I wasted my energy and money.

The hotel was so clean and up to date inside. The location was perfect for our event. The cost was a bit pricey for Simi Valley. The pool was comfortable. Bummer that there was no bar until after pool time (6 pm). All in all, great place!
