The view was amazing. The dinner we also two thumbs up. The bar staff and drinks were wonderful.

The breakfast food I had was horrible. Front staff did not communicate well when I checked in. I was not told about check in and out times, nor did they mention the hours for breakfast. I was not told about the different amenities in the hotel. The bugs outside the hotel were gross.

Ms. Vivian had amazing customer service that exceeded EVERY expectation. AJ gave us the VIP experience giving us delicious customized drinks.

The location and the view was amazing!

The room was not cleaned, we was placed on a floor with a kids basketball team, you could hear the people in the room next too you and the vent next to the bed sounded like a TV was placed in it and stayed on all night! We booked through booking and paid with booking just to check in and be charged more at the hotel. So we basically paid booking and Marriott. Speaking with multiple workers and they refused to give us a refund even after speaking with booking. Thankfully booking was able to give us our money back!

The location is good, you’re in the heart of Newport News City Center. I do need to give a shout out to Vivian and Neka from the restaurant. They made my sons time at breakfast very pleasant.

The service wasn’t the best. They checked us out early, had to recheck us in again. The restaurant staff always had to ask if our breakfast was included (which it was). Our expectations weren’t met.

Beds and room comfy. Lots of dining in hotel and close to many shops and restaurants. Close to CNU.

Not a pretty hotel like advertised. Patio furniture in disarray. Someone had pooped in elevator and it smelled terrible! They allow barking dogs. Shower was gross around edges. Not a great hotel for the high price tag. Disappointed for sure.

For the price of stay complimentary breakfast is a must. You pay two hundred to lay your head and then have to pay thirty plus for breakfast.
