The morning breakfast was good and the worker was very helpful and nice! The room was nice and clean and the shower looked newly tiled. We were happy with our stay!

Loved the fact that the hotel was able to put us on the first floor. since we do not do elevators.

Didn't like the fact that the hotel jacuzzi was out of service. if I had known that, i would not have booked a room there. I go to hotel specifically for the jacuzzi to relax and rest.

The location was good for what we needed and that's really about it. They night shift staff tried to be very accommodating. The bed was comfortable

The pool was cold so my 5 y/o grandson swan in the hot tub which wasn't really hot which allowed him to do that. 2.) They really had no food for their breakfast on Sunday "because the shipment didn't come in..."

Nothing. We got caught in the early blizzard that closed the whole state of Wyoming and dropped 20+inches of snow in Spearfish. The hotel still charged me for the room even though the General manager sent me an email saying they understood and would refund my credit card for the stay……..LIAR!!!!! Made the entire unfortunate situation worse. I do not recommend doing business with anyone who fails to be honest!!!!

Staff seemed inexperienced; not as professional as I expect. Room needed more deep cleaning; passable, but not great. Air system had low battery, cover falling off, hard to adjust. Security latch on door had screw missing so it would be easy to break in and could be difficult to get out in an emergency - a definite safety hazard.

Breakfast was good.

The sign on the door said the elevator does not work and the first floor was reserved for suites. I am 78 and not able to carry luggage upstairs. They said that they had sent e-mails the day before, this did not help a thing.
