Clean rooms, good hot breakfast. Location was close to 3 restaurants (unfortunately the mexican place had v weird hours)

They charge 10$ for parking and you don't find out until you get there. Yeah it's just 10 bucks but it just feels dishonest - I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel (unless it is more than 1 car or something). They just do it to make the price seem lower than it really is!

location convenient

when we arrived there was no soap in the bathroom. when we asked a maid working near by she said there was no hand soap in the entire hotel. front deck confirmed no hand soap. how can a Marriott property not have hand soap? when we returned several hours later the front desk had soap. not sure why this was such a problem but that seems like a pretty basic thing to expect in a hotel of this level.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and up-to-date. The room was clean with lots of space and extra nice bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast options. Location was excellent.

Paying an extra $10 to park in their parking lot and all the extra taxes were insane. The room rate was reasonable but by the time you add all the taxes and parking costs it added $40 extra to the bill.

Very dog friendly. Good location. Friendly staff. We stayed there in the way to Santa Fe and in the way back.

Staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean. Of course I was not expecting luxury.

The AC was terrible. When we got into the room the temperature was 77 degrees. I set the thermostat to 70 and that AC never got down to that temperature. The AC came on ever 2 minutes and it was extremely loud. I barely slept. I have never experienced that before. Then the bathtub would not drain while taking a shower. So the dirty water is covering your foot. And the shower curtain is too close so it is touching you while you shower. Nasty feeling.

Rooms were very clean and a nice facility.

They said they were pet friendly, Yes they are pet friendly if you want to spend $100 non refundable free for a six pound well trained dog, Also they charge at $10 parking feel and they have plenty of parking. This is a motor end for gosh sakes if you want to charge $10 extra dollars just add it to the overall fee! no need to have a hidden fee. I would have stayed if it was $10 more but to charge a stupid parking fee is ridiculous.

close to downtown and clean and modern.

there was no plug in for our car. a 110 outdoor outlet would do in a pinch, but better still a level two charger would be better. spending two hours at the Honda dealer to get a partial charge was inconvenient. with so many people driving plug-in hybrids like our Chevy Volt it would be good marketing. also, the hot tub was not in operation. would have been nice after our long day at Carlsbad Caverns.

Great location to a lot of local attractions. Great staff.
