friendly staff

I looked on my credit card and I was charged $140. I believe it was supposed to be $111.87

Linens and pillows great. Very good nights sleep.

Staff did their job but no one went out of their way to be friendly. Breakfast was not good...cold sausage, watery oj, greasy bacon, ...Also no grab bar in shower.

Very quiet, very clean. Loved microwave and fridge

Wall sockets were very loose. Our cord kept falling out of the sockets. No side chair in room. Not enough towel racks

It was close to the venue we were attending.

The rooms were on the small side. A lightbulb was burned out in our bathroom, but nobody was available to replace it. Breakfast was disappointing.

Room was very good. Did not like the place for computer right in front of tv.

The location was okay but you need a car to get to shopping, food etc. Breakfast ok. Muffins etc need to be fresher and not enough yogurt selection. Liked the king suite for semi-divided bed and sitting space.

In-room Coffee maker broken. Need larger fridge. Window slightly open on 1st very cold night. Didn't realize til next day. Was hard to close tight. Luggage carts need replacing instead of tape holding it together. Grounds were really dirty outside, full garbage bins/ashtrays never cleaned the 3 nights we were there. Guests need to be asked NOT to place their garbage/recycle in the hallways. It was busy a couple of nights but pretty quiet. Only hotel ice machine was next to our room. Had major problem with water on 4th day. Front Desk said maybe burst pipe?? Water was discoloured and bad odour so couldn't shower and checked out day earlier.

Afternoon staff person seemed annoyed and inconvenienced when our group was repeatedly trying to get help with either reserving the conference room or use the breakfast area for a team dinner of 18ish people. Told us the conference room couldn't be booked when we tried the day before for the flowing day's use (and it remained empty/unused) and that the lights in the lobby/ breakfast area only turned on for breakfast. We figured out how to turn them on.
