there were roaches in my room and also in the microwave. when I contacted the hotel on Monday concerning a refund the lady that answered the phone was very rude, she hung up the telephone while I was in the middle of the conversation and she also refused to give me a refund. Not professional at all

I HATED THIS PLACE SO MUCH , it was the DIRTIEST,NASTIEST HOTEL IVE EVEN BEEN AT!!! I took several pictures we couldn’t even Sit on bed. I went to office for a return and no one EVER came to window so we just left!! it look like drug addicted and people selling drugs in hotel! HORRIBLE!!!!

The lady was nice and personable at check in
The ac sounded like a leaf blower everytime it kicked on. The tv was messed up. No remote. Broken landline phone in the night stand, peanut shells in the dresser. Black mold on the bathroom wall. You had to raise the toilet seat to shut the bathroom door. One towel in the bathroom. ONE pillow per queen bed, no real comforters, AND, WORST of all I believe I got bit by fleas! I stripped the bed and didn't see any bed bugs, but woke up with bites!

Smelled mold and throat started swellling shut. Girlfriend found black mold all over shower curtain. She cleaned the tub and floor with bleach and asked staff for new curtain. They refused but offered another room. We gathered our stuff for another room and then the returned to tell us that they all had mold so they would refund. It was too late to book anywhere else. We slept in car. Very horrible edxperience.

everything stains all over the pillows shower curtain smelled like pee burn holes in all the bedding didn’t replace the blankets or anything cockroaches as soon as I walked through the door people yelling and punching the walls just all around bad wounld never recommend and would take it off your site

There was cock roaches in both of my rooms and in one of the rooms no batteries in the remote and tv busted.

would not stay here. we checked in went to our room turned around and checked out.
room smelled horrible. no where to set our luggage besides floor. the bedding was stained the mattress was stained and nasty. the walls had nasty stuff all over it!

It was dirty and nasty the tub was dirty the mirror was dirty no toilet paper the bed cover and sheets were dirty with holes so I had to buy my own bed coverings and pillow 😡😡😡

Was nothing available not even a pool like website said. Rooms wear surpose to be inside a building not on outside. But for amount of time I was in room it was ok

I enjoyed the service and kind workers.
the room was not clean at all. the fridge was moist and the floor had not been swept in what looked like several visits.

There were four walls, a roof, and a bed. It was technically indoors, and had running water and electricity. It did meet standard definitions of a hotel.
When I came to check in, I couldn't get anyone to come to the desk for about 10 minutes. When someone finally did come to check in, he asked me if I planned to shower, which...is not a normal question to ask your guests. The room smelled, which turned out to be because the toilet hadn't been flushed. The ice machine was broken, and there was no continental breakfast.

Paint falling off walls Smelled bad. Stains on walls, tables, chair, and bedding. Rust stains in tub. Overall uneasy feeling.

The bed sheets had NOT been changed, the shower was cold & there was dry crusty bread in one of the drawers

The room was NASTY
There was tape holding the trim tithe wall in the bathroom and something brown running down the wall next to the bed. The floor between bed and wall had not been cleaned in a while. If I had the time and patience to find another hotel I would have left.

The room was dirty with stains of the sheets and bed. There was weird trash, possible bugs, in the cabinets and floor. Overall I am waiting on my refund, because I could not stay at the establishment, due to how unhygienic it was.

the ONLY thing noteworthy about the property was the staff was nice.
this place was pretty disgusting. not the worst I’ve seen, but pretty bad. As a matter of fact when I was leaving I check all drawers,etc (even though in this place you would NEVER put you things in there) and in one of the drawers I discovered some sort of either crack pipe or meth pipe. DISGUSTING!!! You shouldn’t have to pay for that.

the only good thing about this place is they accept PayPal credit
Absolutely the filthiest place I’ve ever slept in. Riddled with bed bugs and other various species of insects. Bugs behind the glass of the microwave timer. Killing 20 bugs a day, at some point I just stopped throwing them down the toilet and left them on the floor. By the last day it looked like a war zone in there. Left over hair from other people on the shower wall. Disgusting smell of old gym shoes next to the bed the entire time I was there.

Bed bugs, bloody sheets, black all over the bed, mold covering every inch of the room.

I liked how comfortable the bed was and the amount of linen. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room could’ve been cleaner floors were coated with dust.
The room could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly, maybe an extension cord for power outlets would’ve been more convinient, also a few lights didn’t work
