Breakfast was sufficient. Coffee was good.
The front desk lady could not find my confirmed reservation. Has to start over to get a room. I hope I don’t get charged twice. She was a little slow and was hard to communicate with.

Central location… easy to find .. clean room…
Day shift and evening shift front desk staff were rude and unhelpful… no coffee in the morning available but front desk staff was content with her cupful… a very underwhelming experience from what is normally a great hotel chain… staff need a shakeup…. Another couple were checked into our room and entered while we were sleeping … no apologies from front desk for their mistake… I could go on…

This is the best hotel we have stayed at since being in the USA. It was clean, staff were wonderful.pool and spa were great and the breakfast was exceptional.

Cold as a m..... when we walked in the room. Took forever to heat up. Dated room, noisy bathroom exhaust fan, no soaps in dispenser in shower.

I asked for a handicap room and the bathroom had a tub with a hand rail not a handicap shower. I had to leave and go to another hotel

Fantastically large room, mini suite. Very clean and well appointed
There was no tv in the living room only in the bedroom and while the bed was fantastic to sleep on not comfortable to watch tv from. Pillows were weirdly square and small.

Very clean hotel, breakfast room, and pool area! The mattresses were very comfortable, too!

We liked the size of the room, its cleanliness, and the quality and quantity of the towel provided. We also liked the breakfast, which provided a good variety of various foods and in quantities desired.
About the only negative experience we encountered was on August 15. After we had checked in and gone into the room, we found that the television set did not work. It displayed a rather cryptic message about some card that needed to be inserted. We alerted the front desk clerk, who tried to help us. She then called a maintenance person, who came to the room and fixed the problem. To avoid this kind of thing from happening again, please make sure that the TV set is fully functional before the room is offered to each new guest. Thank you!

I liked this property because it was safe and clean. it was also near all of the amenities that we needed. They also put out a pretty great breakfast!
The staff in the lobby were watching tv and barely paying attention as guests came in or left.
