Cold as a m..... when we walked in the room. Took forever to heat up. Dated room, noisy bathroom exhaust fan, no soaps in dispenser in shower.

Too close to the train, noisy at night Wierd sound can be heard around the bed, not sure what was that

There was no tv in the living room only in the bedroom and while the bed was fantastic to sleep on not comfortable to watch tv from. Pillows were weirdly square and small.

Great location to see family, clean, quiet, great stay

We liked the size of the room, its cleanliness, and the quality and quantity of the towel provided. We also liked the breakfast, which provided a good variety of various foods and in quantities desired.

About the only negative experience we encountered was on August 15. After we had checked in and gone into the room, we found that the television set did not work. It displayed a rather cryptic message about some card that needed to be inserted. We alerted the front desk clerk, who tried to help us. She then called a maintenance person, who came to the room and fixed the problem. To avoid this kind of thing from happening again, please make sure that the TV set is fully functional before the room is offered to each new guest. Thank you!
