Never had the breakfast
The doors have a big gap so it’s noisy if there are people in the hallway. Also people upstairs with kids running were noisy.

They mistakenly towed my truck at night from their parking lot even though I registered my vehicle at check in and displayed the permit in my vehicle. The hotel refused to help me recover it, I had to pay $27 for Uber and $308 to the hotel's towing partner. The manager literally hung up me when I asked for reimbursement.

Location was great, walking distance to Main Street. Pool, hot tub and sauna. “Game” room didn’t really have anything in it. Front lobby was remodeled nicely.
People above us were super loud, banging on the floor after midnight. 🙃

The room was pretty bad - no sunlight, out the window is just the next building. Felt like staying in a basement but I assume all the other rooms are better?

Value of the room was great, space was extremely large and we had many bathrooms and beds for 8 people though it was only the two of us. The kitchen was fully functional and the staff was amazingly helpful for storage and making us feel welcome.
Had a harder time finding enough outlets for charging, and the beds were slightly springy. The rooms ran hot at night, but I wasn't sure where to change the temperature myself. Appliances are older but still functional!

huge space and great location in town - walkable to the ski lift. reception was great and friendly.
the beds weren’t that comfortable, style was dated and the radiator made a loud noise all night. unfortunately it wasn’t a consistent white noise but a loud rambling that turned off and on all night.

Excellent location in Park City. Just 2 blocks from the free city bus line and at the base of the mountain for skiers.
Need an addition of morning breakfast, something simple such as fruit and bagels would be nice.

The apt was fabulous, loved the amenities! views were awesome and it was close to everything! Was the perfect spot for our family get together! 🤩🤩🤩

The location. The room was great! We loved how clean everything was. The customer service was great as well.
The only two things was there were no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in one of the bathrooms. And the other thing was how rude some of the other customers were to the staff. I was really shocked how mean they were when the staff was just trying to help them.
