Hotel stay was due to bereavement and many miles of travel. The front desk made accommodations for an early check-in. Greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I had to change the room due to a very noisy AC Unit. We tried to block it out but became unbearable after about 24 hours and sleepless nights.

Breakfast was excellent. Hot food, eggs, waffles etc. Location is great, close to restaurants, shopping and expressway. Hotel is extremely clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. Rooms are comfortable.

The bed is hard as a rock. Close to interstate, in fact it’s so close it feels like you are trying to sleep in the middle of a highway. Place is clean at least.

Breakfast was beyond terrible. Literally nothing would pass for 1/10 the quality of McDonald’s. The bed was hard as a rock so if you like a super firm bed you are in luck. The rooms heat/ ac unit will wake you up every time it kicks on! Close to Highway, so close in fact you will feel like you are sleeping in the middle of it. Checked out the pool, wow, why even bother putting one in? Nice view of parking lot from the pool though if you wanna keep an eye on your car… The fumes from cleaning chemicals will make your eyes nice and beat red the next morning if that’s a look you wanna try out…. I didn’t and had to tell clients the next day that I wasn’t high, just allergic to my hotel.

Staff was very friendly, polite and courteous!

Bed linens were clean but the rest of the room was dirty. We used over half a container of Clorox wipes to clean the room. Trash was on the side and behind the night stands. The bathroom was not clean and there were ants in it. The room smelled stale and stinky. There were "sketchy" people hanging in the parking lot which was scary when we left at 4am. We've always stayed here over the years when visiting the area but this will be our last stay. The place has really gone down

the second bed was not made, we had to collect sheets from reception to be told they had no blankets left as it first come first served. really poor customer service and we had to share one duvet between 2 adults and two children on a cool night. the attitude was could care less

Location,staff were great,breakfast lady was so sweet. Room was what we expected.

I am hearing impaired,therefore it is very important to me to have closed Caption on TV. Husband spent hours trying but couldn't get it. Finally told front desk,she said she would try to figure it out,she couldn't either. Onle solution she could offer was changing rooms,but couldn't guarantee that TV would have closed Caption either. Other solution was to watch the program that I wanted downstairs in Lobby,that TV had Caption,which I didnt.Next day we mentioned to front desk,still no Caption,she sent someone up. Finally he was able to figure out how to get it and able to watch TV on our last day. When checked out I was asked if there were any problems during our stay. When I mentioned Caption on TV,she apologized and said she would offer me some sort of discount for next stay. She was understanding and understood and apologized again.
