Love the pool and it was nice and clean

Everything was awesome! Pool was amazing! We loved everything about our stay there! Very clean and professional hotel! The beds were very comfortable to! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I slept better then I had in awhile! 😊

The only thing we didn't like was our room air was set at 54 and we couldn't change it! Unless maybe we were just to dumb! 🤣

It was right in the middle of everything

Honestly it was dirty, for a “resort” you would think it would have constant cleaning /upkeep. I also woke up with bites all over my legs

Nothing. Absolutely horrible stay

Everything. Disgusting room. Room was downgraded without telling me. Stains on sofa. Foot stuck to something sticky on the carpet. Food on floor. Room never cleaned or vaccummed. Took 4 visits to the front desk and the manager and housekeeping manager to my room before situation was somewhat resolved. Hotel is housing migrants in the basement. They are everywhere. Husband served raw crabcake for dinner. Microwave in lobby hadn't been cleaned for days. Migrants using it to heat up the food. Very understaffed. Staff working 14hr days.

The outside pool area was great.

No place in the hotel to really get decent coffee (except the kind you make in your room) during the weekdays. Hotel seemed to be low on staff.

Loved the pools, indoor and outdoor. The play areas inside and outside. Clean. However the room was full of issues

Our room. The curtains are “black” out, however they’re so torn up an old that they didn’t close properly making the blackout feature useless. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. It was full every time we used it, which is extremely unhygienic and pretty dangerous and gross.  the showerhead was really difficult to move, and it was really difficult to church to clean the children in the shower. There was no support in the shower to hold onto to prevent yourself from slipping no railing in there nothing . There is nowhere in the bathroom to hang up our wet, bathing suits. There was nothing in the shower, or to put anything to help me feed my children and put their soap on something.  the refrigerator barely worked and we’re on vacation with our kids so we needed something to put food in. There was also no microwave in the room which was really strange because normally they’re usually always is one with a coffee pot and a refrigerator.  the phone did not work. We could not call down to the front desk. It was like a house phone. The shower drain also was clogged up and had difficulty draining. The room itself when we checked in at 4 PM smelled like a person was in there. It looked clean, but it didn’t smell clean. the room had broken pieces and torn up bits. I took photos and videos bc I was extremely disappointed. We used to travel a lot before having children and Wyndham. We expected a lot better of these rooms.  the property manager, or whoever is in charge of those rooms definitely needs to be spoke with because this is not up to Wyndham standards that the bathroom was the worst part and unfortunately we didn’t have the time or the opportunity to get a different hotel bc of the travel and the kids but I definitely considered it given the condition of the room/bathroom

My child enjoyed the mini playground and the arcade.

The games in the arcade would take your money. The room was decently clean but the bathroom was not super clean. It seemed as if we booked a stay a party hotel. You could hear people partying and yelling in their rooms at 3 AM.

Nothing would not return

Rooms are dated and dirty my son's feet were filthy with no socks on. Grounds need to be kept up . Felt like I was in a basement

I liked the location. It was cool that the outlet malls were right next door.

The Starbucks in the lobby was too small and not properly staffed or stocked. I waited around 45 minutes for terrible coffee.

The location was great for our family! Rooms were very clean

One of the reasons we stayed there was the indoor pool and the water was so cold. We paid a lot to stay there one nite and this was our second time there and second bad experience there. We could of went to another resort/hotel and been in a heated pool and paid so much less
