The location was very convenient

The air conditioner didn’t work. The toilet worked periodically. Housekeeping services were intermittent. (they never replaced the coffee sets after the first morning, and reused the liner to the ice bucket) the room was so tiny you could barely walk around the king size bed, and there was no place to hang anything.

Le jacuzi sale à notre arrivée. Il a été nettoyé sur demande. La terrasse avec encore les megots dans le cendrier et des detritut par terre, la taille des chambres

De ligging is geweldig. Midden in de drukte, waar op je kamer geen last van had. Lief en behulpzaam personeel. Heel dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Leuk zwembad.

Ontbijt kan beter. Toast en wafels en alleen jam, stroop of roomkaas als beleg.

L’emplacement était parfait 👍 le petit déjeuner était correct …. L’hébergement était très grand .

L’hébergement est entouré de bars et restaurants. Notre fenêtre donnait côté bar ! Très mauvaise Isolation … sans boule caisse les nuits seront compliquées .

Das Frühstück war ok

Wir haben ein King-Size Room mit Küchenzeile gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, eine Kleiderstange war so angebracht, dass man beim Aufstehen in den Kleidern hing, es fehlten Tisch und Stühle, kein Geschirr trotz Mikrowelle, kein Wasserkocher, die Küchenzeile fehlte. Laut der Unterkunft haben nur die Suiten eine Küche, die Fotos bei booking.com seien verwechselt worden. Das ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, da in der Beschreibung von booking.com die Küche aufgeführt ist. Zudem war die Klimaanlage defekt. Es wurde eine neue eingebaut, der Einfachheithalber zusätzlich im Seitenfenster mit Ausrichtung auf das Bett. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hatte selbst auf kleinster Stufe einen extrem Luftzug, so dass sie Nachts nicht nutzbar war.

Top Lage an der Duval Street

Zi 201 klein und veraltet. andere Zimmer sahen besser aus. Viel zu teuer, aber ist normal für Key West.

Whoever cleaned our room every evening not only cleaned up after us but took tender care of my children’s lovies and blankets. They loved how sweet their special things were treated!

Maybe needed more kitchen utensils

Loved the location. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Staff was friendly.

Proximity

At breakfast by 8.40am you ran out of yoghurts and butter and muffins. Your housemaid tending to breakfast was really abrupt and said she would not replenish - ‘Run out’ she said ‘no more’ That’s not fair to a paying guest. Poor service she let your accommodation down big time. Obviously unhappy in her job.

Location and parking possibilities on the street. The hotel offers very little private parking spots.

Tv did not work. Shower temperature knob isn't fully functional. Breakfast is frugal.

Central location in the heart of Key West but still quiet enough in the night.

We had the best time ever . The staff was very helpful and the room was super clean . Beautiful quite area even though it was right at Duval street . Clean and everything you needed it was in the room . Will definitely return .

Right on Duval Street so close to everything. Had a variety for breakfast. Pool was very clean. GG our host at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. Helped us make plans and was very knowledgeable about the area.

The breakfast was really poor - practically no choice. Even toast bread has finished. The place is great - but the breakfast really needs improvement...

the location is great, right off of duval street but in the more quiet section. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the free parking was a huge plus. the bed was very comfortable and nice cold AC.
