Disappointing

Breakfast was as anticipated. Staff were kind but uninformed.

We booked a room for 5 adults, and were given a room with one bed and one pull out couch with no option for a rollaway. Are 3 adults expected to share a bed? Front desk said he would get us a rollaway when we checked in, but we were later informed that there was only ONE in the whole hotel, and it was already spoken for.

Poor service

Breakfast ended super early the second day , first day breakfast was undercooked

The service, my room was listed as a suit but didn’t have the separation, pool was consistently without towels and staff was no where to be found. I will not be returning to this hotel. Breakfast was stopped early

the rooms beds and facilities were excellent . the front desk staff were trembly polite especially Khadra and the manager who allowed us to store the bags waiting for our flight

Great location; comfortable & well laid out room floor plan.

Extremely accommodating staff; room layout was far better than the Edina location; however the price was alot higher than Edina, with far less local amenities such as shopping, dining, etc.

Superb

The size and layout of the room was great and suitable for my needs. It was a well equipped for a Bed a Breakfast facility. The breakfast was great and the muffins were fantastic. The response was quick although staff were few and over stretched.

The hotel was understaffed but the few staff who were there did an excellent job. MS Chevy handled the check-in very well under pressure hats off to her.

The location was convenient. Staff was helpful with check-in

We found the bed to be very disappointing which was the only reason for out stay after a day of travel. There was a mattress cover for a top sheet and no blanket. The rooms were dated for the price and seemed as if the room hadn't been used in awhile. I would not choose this hotel for a 1 night stay again

Nice accommodations and pleasant staff.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful, and helped me resolve a booking.com mistake that resulted in a charge for an extra day which I changed on line through the booking.com site.

The only issue we had was the heating system in the room was very very loud. I’m sure it was broken.

A great hotel may be going down hill because of inept staff.

The location was great and convenient for our traveling needs.

The amenities were scarce and not properly outlined on the available literature, both in person and online. Additionally, I found the staff to be less than cooperative and more than a little obstinate.
