I liked that this resort was just a block away from the strip. It had a relaxed environment with mostly older people, which was ok with us since we had kids with us.

I didn’t like that the resort didn’t have any in hotel restaurants or bars or any food. It only had a tiny little marketplace. I also didn’t like that the property is so outdated for the price we paid. The restroom and balcony door handles were broken and we had trouble locking them or even opening them. Also the shower water takes a while to come out warm. The toilet got clogged easily. Luckily they went to fix it right away. But even after that, it seemed like it was going to get clogged again.

Great location, staff is accommodating and friendly, walking distance to everything.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and have nothing negative to say so far.

Excellent location, the pool area has a nice view of the mountains.

Rooms are a bit outdated, the bathroom and room door didn't close properly, you had to use a lot of force to close and open. But then if they upgrade the property, they will jack the prices and then we won't be able to go. The property has the bare minimum for a comfortable get away with the family, and the location is the best thing about the property.

What I like about the property is the cleanliness and the location

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the noisy air conditioner and wasn’t as cold as I would of liked it

Room was a great size. Everything you need and more. The pool was great. The location was ideal right in the middle of Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and stores (even in the heat lol).

It just got really hot in the room after using the shower because we couldn't turn the AC any lower because of overhearing danger. But other than that no complaints.

In the heart of the city, can walk to all the restaurants and shops.
