Lobby and the staff.

Location, sketchy part of town. Aged and old decor. Not as clean as I like it.

I liked that there was a room big enough for myself and 3 teenage kids. The option to have a pull out couch, plus 2 beds, is perfect for us.

The couch was stained. The a/c was not keeping both rooms at the same temp.

The room was very nice, as was the staff. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected.

We had a spa bath long room, and couldn't seem to get the jets to work in the tub. It was very nice and roomy though, and it was nice to just be able to take a large bubble bath.

We came for a wedding out of town and were plenty surprised that there place was very quiet. Most of the hotel was wedding

The pull out bed had a mess under it and looked like mold on the mattress .

Clean room. Housekeeping made a rose 🌹 out of toilet paper. Very nice Comfortable beds

The property was clean. Everything looked fine outside, location was easy to find and close to Highway

The staff were friendly and really accommodating, even when I found issues with the room, they acted swiftly and professionally, Connie and Laurence were brilliant, thank you! The location was nice and linked to the main roads and locations to the area. The spa room was nice and roomey, with the tub being perfect for relaxing with my partner. The separate bedroom was also really nice. The pool was clean and pleasant on my first swim, but the 2nd time, not so much. The free WiFi was nice

The bed in our spa room was honestly the worst bed I've ever slept on in any high end or budget hotel. We had ants in the room, on a couple of occasions, but staff were great and dealt with them swiftly, but couldn't offer another room. The blankets were too thin and not very warm and the pillows were incredibly small and unsupportive and soft. On the 2nd swim the pool had so much chlorine that I had to leave after 20mins, have a couple of showers and a bath due to it causing a severe allergic reaction, to the point where I was struggling to see and even the day after was informed in may have chemical burns on my eyes.

The breakfast was everything that I could ask for. Cheese omlette with sausage patties milk yogurt and banana and English muffins. I feel I got a good deal

The manager lying to me. Not extending our stay because the so called housekeeping couldn't get into the room when I was sorting our clothes to wash.. That was the grounds to not have us stay there any longer.. I can't get get over how he lied to my face about it..

I like how the staff was not all in my face like some places sometimes staff at hotels can be invasive

The hotel was really pretty. The lobby was warm and inviting with a fireplace and cozy sitting area. The Christmas tree was still up and beautiful! Our room was huge and very clean. We had a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. We had a nice sitting area where we gathered our adult kids for New Years Eve board games. We had 3 rooms for the night and enjoyed ourselves very much...until we went to bed.

We were very disappointed in the bed. We had a king jacuzzi suite and loved everything until we went to bed. It was super hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and basically flat. We didn't sleep well at all. With everything else here being so nice, the beds being so horrible was an extreme disappointment, to say the least.
