it was dirty and the night staff at the front desk was a little difficult.

breakfast with few options, carpet in the room very stained and looking dirty, on the second day when I went to bed there was a cockroach on the bed.

Very dirty. Was not cleaned. Food left on floor and counters weren't even wiped.

Front desk clerk was brand new but pleasant

Shady characters lurking around the hotel. Dirty floors, musty smells, open water bottle in room. Bathroom smelled of urine. Weird stains throughout room surfaces.

I liked nothing. I was denied check in by staff even though I had a reservation. The location was not great either.

I booked this place on booking.com. When I booked it I put in the amount of people and someone when I showed up my reservation was listed as only 1 person, and the staff told me I COULD NOT check in because I was "too many people". It was myself and my 4 children. I never saw more than the front lobby. The woman at the desk was very rude about it and I won't bother trying to stay here again.

Very Small and we we supposed to have a room with 2 TVs and just one with the beds facing one way and the sofa facing the other way its like 1 person can only look at the TV at a time you have to either return it towards the sofa or turn it towards the bed. Not good.

Hotel Location and breakfast were good

Internet connection in the room was very poor to no connection. When we arrived to our home (in my own country) we had discovered that some packed shopping stuff (like shampoo, tooth brushes for kids, tooth gels, kids clothes) were missing in our baggage. So, someone went into the room and took (stole) our properties during our absence. I was already in my country so calling the hotel staff would have no worth. No more!

dirty frig on the outside, dried food mostly floor/carpet dirty with tar. had to get a resolve out to kinda clean carpet then covered it with sheet toilet had issue Halls loud. kids running and loud

Over all my stay was good, you need camera in rhe parking lot, as I exit the building after checking out all 4 doors on my rental were open, because you have no cameras I don't know who was in the vehicle my phone charger gone very upsetting

property is dirty people hanging outside smoking with loud music, inside room smells really bad, saw bugs in my room never again.

Across the highway was Walmart , dollar tree , dennys and McDonald’s plus a 7even amongst other things .

key card didn’t work on day one of our stay . had to make multiple a total of 4 keys throughout the stay. was told keys get wiped out if close to phones and that was through another customer the staff didn’t even tell us that.pull out couch was no mattress and someone previous hid the cushion in it all chewed up . staff was sub par other than one women the last two nights she was awesome to what she had .asked for a hair dryer and they insisted we had one and we did not we checked up and down the room. asked for the tea coffee maker and was unavailable the entire time which was supposed to be In the room as well. asked for a simple tooth brush even and they did not have that or nail clippers . items , simple items were never available or in stock. other customers didn’t make me comfortable with large gatherings with no security and someone attacking an unknown female in her car screaming at us when we were just trying to get in the hotel.
