Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.
No water pressure for shower, no vanity in bathroom, shower curtain was too short so water ran on floor, snack machine did not work, no ice in the morning, coffee thermos was empty in morning

Location was right off the Interstate, so very easy to find. Right next door to a full service diner, good amenities. Everything was clean.
The walls were so thin, it sounded like the person snoring in the room next was in the bed next to me. Luckily, I was able to set the temp control so that the fan ran all night. White noise for the win

Easy access to highway. Friendly check in.
Booking responded to our question about dog fee, saying it was included in final rate, however when we arrived we had to pay more for our dog. Our room was so so in cleanliness but the bath needed a little work. The breakfast was not great. Dry little to choose from.

Room is clean and AC cool down the room fast at low setting. It's a smaller unit but works well compare to two other hotels we have stay at throughout our trip. Check in and out was straight forward and nice staff.
Room have fewer lights. We light more lights in the room. The bathroom fan is almost useless, it barely suck out the mositures/vapors from the shower. The bed is a spring mattress and it makes squeaky noise and not comfortable.

The night we stayed at the ABVI there was tornadoes passing through and on the ground. the motel was knocked out of power as was the rest of the town, we felt like the staff did a fantastic job of keeping everyone safe by having us all gather in the downstairs hallway then they were good enough to open the doors to people coming in off the interstate and offer them a safe place to stay they did a fantastic job with what they had to work with. I would stay here again just maybe not in tornado season!

The hotel was conveniently located next to the freeway but the rooms were still fairly quiet. The heating system worked EXACTLY as it should which is rare amongst this class of motel/hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly

You can't expect too much when traveling and needing a hotel in small towns in the upper Midwest. But this place fit our needs and was pretty decent.

it was convenient off interstate.
We waited for breakfast but they didn’t show. We had to leave without eating. It was dark. Rooms were very dated.
