Great place, very clean!

Dryer needs repair, loudly squeaked the last night. We probably kept the neighbors up while doing laundry :-(

Location was great to the things we had planned.

Originally, they had our dates wrong, they had us a month earlier. It was until I called to let them know. They said they booked me twice. They gave us the wrong rental information and didn't realize it until we were trying to enter the rental. It took 5 times to calling to speak with someone that could help. We then got confirmation we were at a new location in a direction area. Didn't have the WIFI information, had to email. In our 4 nights staying there, we never got our bedding for one of the beds to sleep the total 8 individuals we had. The smoke detector was beeping, perhaps due to a low battery and it took me emailing twice to have them come and look at it. Carpets were duty and cereal was sticking on the wall. I would have requested my money back, if I would have had a backup. It was unpleasant from the beginning. I have got a few emails since we checked up from them trying to help me plan my trip. Our vacation is done and over with. Very disappointing.

Our air didn’t work.

We loved the home layout, location and beautiful view from balcony. Property management very responsive and tried to help as much as possible.

On our arrival we found floors and rug were so filthy, it was like someone walked on asphalt all day and then came and walked around entire tile laminate and area rug the floor was black and sticky! we spent the first day cleaning. The management was so kind to send out cleaning person and later rug cleaner. This took away from our time to enjoy but even worse is that the cleaning was very skimpy and we had to clean again after the cleaning person to try to get rid of the residue :(. I have a picture of the cleaning clothes we used AFTER the cleanings .. it was still black all over :( The balcony with the view was gorgeous but the patio furniture are very old and not comfortable Same go to beds. Mattresses need to be replaced, they have dips in them. The pillows are for people who like huge and hard pillow which was like a rock. There were no soft pillows or combinations on any bed. The kitchen was well equipped but unfortunately the tea kettle was dirty. Someone cooked something in it and it smelled absolutely horrific. Bacterial growth. I would expect the house cleaning crew should go over and make sure things are in reasonable usable condition. We spent an hour scrubbing that tea pot to get rid of the horrible smell in the kitchen.

Friendly approach, everything super convenient for stay with family, comfortability, well thought and organised to maximum limit physical meeting with the staff. All good.

I liked the layout of the apartment; the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed; good view from balcony; easy access to pool. Appliances were good and efficient. Nice washer and dryer; loved the showers in both bathrooms. Easy access in and out of property. Overall, a very good location. Would definitely consider coming back.

the living room couch was very uncomfortable and should be replaced; the cleanliness overall was okay; we had to re-sweep the floors; there was a problem with ants in the spare bathroom; there are a few minor cosmetics that need attention: The trash can in spare bathroom is too small; top of faucet is missing; need a better fitting soap and shampoo caddy. Overall tile floors are showing wear and need attention; wall plate behind couch is broken (safety issue). The ac/heat unit on wall is a little complicated.

The property was nice and the amenities were excellent

Upon arrival, the floor was not cleaned and there was shoe prints and stains around the apartment. I also found the toilet from the master bedroom was not flushed and feces was left behind. I did not have the time to file a complaint at the time of my stay due to our vacation schedule.
