Could hear room next to us and above us. Not quiet at all

Desk clerk Who claims to be a manager could not tell me whether or not their facility was requiring a mask be worn. I called there because I received something saying that their facility was going to require that. The man who answered was a real idiot and would not give me a straight answer so I did not go and stay at that motel and they stole my money. The man told me I would have to get a hold of booking.com to cancel.

Breakfast was fine. There were several items to choose from and it was changed every day. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless. We had our grandson and he went to the pool every day with his grandpa. Area was neat and clean. Aldi’s was within walking distance and Target was very close for any needs we had.

Can’t think of a thing.

We had a king suite and the air conditioner didn’t work. It was stuck on 76 degrees and took almost 9 hours to drop 4 degrees. It was very hot outside and made sleeping very uncomfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like

I like that there were multiple secured entrance and exits. My kids loved the whirlpool and pool although ,it was cold outside the hotel and pool water was nice. Breakfast was hot and I enjoyed it.

The third night I stayed the lobby wasn't clean before check Monday morning. Upon arrival I wasn't informed of the hotel room , pool hours, and multiple details. I know this because while waiting to get towels at the front desk the other guests receive helpful details I didn't receive during check in.

The breakfast was good but first day was being cleaned up at 8:30. The assoc listed at least made fine coffee for me.

The second night there were guests in close proximity that were very loud around 1 o’clock in the morning, settled down after about 1/2 hr.

Honestly I only liked what was advertised on the website in terms of an indoor pool and stuff like that however when I showed up was abruptly informed that the pool is not available nor will it be for next 30 days

Hotel was quiet and staff was professional. We always stay here when in town.
