We enjoyed the breakfast. The room and bed were comfortable, and that's what we look for. We were hoping to see a brochure or something for entertainment and activities in the area.

What we didn't like was while we were eating breakfast, we believe the manager was sitting at the front desk until one of the employees arrived. The manager was very rude and condescending to his employee and speaking very loud about the issues and mistakes that he had made. I feel that the manager should have taken the employee outside to speak with him, since there were a few other people eating breakfast at the same time we were.

The room was clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for our needs. Security is good; locked & gated parking area and good lighting. Continental breakfast was provided, including waffles.

The rooms were in need of repair on many items. The toilet was not attached to the floor securely and I almost fell on the floor when I went to sit on it.

Cockroaches. Dirty ceramic in the bathroom on the walls. Walls dirty, smells like smoking room. I could hear everything everywhere, couldn’t sleep. Everything looks old and broken.

Scary to say the least..we checked in went to our room..walked back to the front desk and asked for our money back..this place should be condemned! Nothing like the pictures..

Staff needs a lot more training. the headboards were barely attached and needed to be cleaned. Ceiling fan in bathroom was very noisy. not enough towels for 2 people. Had to check out a da earlier than had planned. went to the room and room had not serviced. very few rooms occupied.

We ended up having to book a different hotel because we were concerned for our safety. There was a giant gap in the door and there wasn’t an extra lock at the top. There was a man that tried getting into our room MINUTES after we arrived and we had to call the front desk to help us. We were absolutely terrified. The beds had stains on them and the room was not clean. The safety of this motel was the truly terrifying.
