Breakfast is exactly what is expected at a continental breakfast as far as food is concerned. It was above expected as far as staff assigned to the experience.
Maybe some biscuits is the only thing I could even possibly suggest. No complaints from me.

We were in town for a concert and the hotel was only a 5-minute drive from the venue, which was great! It was also very close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
The second-floor hallways were absolutely freezing and rather unpleasant to walk through. Breakfast was alright, but could have been improved by having higher quality potatoes and bacon or sausage.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful to my needs. The bed was very comfortable. And the room was very clean and put together.
I didn't have an issue whatsoever.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, everyone that worked there that I spoke to was very kind and accommodating.
The fridge did not work. The room I had was a conjoining room and I could hear everything in the next room, loudly. The honking from the Vehicles at the facility next door was loud, but luckily they stopped after 9pm.

Room across from us had a dog that barked most of the night. And the beds need updated cause the springs were not comfortable. And made noise when we slightly shifted.

Lilly at the front desk was super helpful, she not provided great service but went beyond to even make sure I was using my rewards program to it full extent. She did a wonderful job!!
