vehicle was broken into our second night. Hallway and dining room was flooded, no response ... no improvement during our two day stay. Staff laughing and carrying on in hallway 5:00 a.m.

This is a little tough to answer. In all honesty, it looked better in the photos. It was a place to stay for one night during my travels. Felt safe. Free parking outside of the building that also felt safe.
Breakfast was convenient in the morning.
After I went up to the room, I noticed a weird stain in the sink of the bathroom. I came down to the front desk to tell them and the person at the desk seemed confused as to what to do about it. I only shared it so that I wouldn't be charged for damage, and they seemed perplexed by that comment.
The building is a bit dated, and the room itself also felt a bit dated as well. I felt like the price I paid was much higher than the experience and quality overall. The rate didn't match the expectation of what was promised during the online booking.

Very clean and comfortable! Food was excellent! The gal in the food area was very friendly as well as the housekeepers!
The lady at the desk was not friendly! Seemed like she didn’t want to be there! We arrived around 9pm I booked a king suite and she said 3rd party(booking) gave us 2 queens! She said that happens all the time! I said that was a first for me! She kind of was argumentative! She charged me the same for the queens! I thought it should have been cheaper! I told her can I at least get the ground floor I asked for and she checked and said yes!

Beds were comfortable but the rooms said they slept 5, they didn’t.
Not enough room for our party if 5, the hotel said I’m the reservation was for 2. Room smelt smoked in and the door was wide open when I arrived. Also we had planned to stay with our 10lb dog but for our 6 hour trip we had to pay a $75 pet fee. I was expecting $15-$25. So my 6 hour stay cost me @$300 to sleep at the foot of bed in a smoke filled room!!!

I can't believe hotels like this are still dispensing large quantities of single use plastics in the year 2023. Trashing the planet to make a few extra bucks. Come on guys.

Close to work
Arrived after a long day at work, kids threw a firework and it went off 2 feet in front of me. thought I would wind down in the hot tub, which was cold. Room next to me reminded me of a pinball machine. kids bouncing off the wall parents screaming until well after 10pm, then again at 6am. Traffic noise from outside was very loud. I will choose a different location next time :(

Breakfast OK , location good. THe staff needs to get there act together considering charges. I paid two different rates for two nights back to back When they where suppose to be the same. I asked for a refund but none happened.

hot tub, bed, location.
front desk at night was a little rude, the hairdryer was missing from my room, so when I went to ask for one it felt like I was being accused of stealing it, the coffee maker in the room was also broken.

The continental breakfast was one of the best that I've ever had. Waffles, sausage eggs, red potatoes and it ran from 6am to 10am which is an hour longer than most. The pool and hot tub were good size.
