It was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great. And bonus on the bottomless mimosas. It was my birthday so that was a big plus for my morning breakfast. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice! The fact that I could sit on the balcony and drink and look at the mountains was amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

Older rooms. Toilet barely flushed. Paid almost $800 for a 3 night stay. Pool and jacuzzi were filthy and filled with dead flies.

The noise and the cleanliness! The room was dirty and very noisy. The took a deposit from my credit card and they did not return it ($50 usd). I have being calling and writing to get it back, no answer, the just say "we will tell the manager". I am very dissapointed about it, the have not showed any seriousness

A good place for different age groups and a happy place for a pet dog.

Pool and hot tub were perfect! Room had a spacious balcony with a great view. The restaurant was very accommodating and made drinks and food for the your room or pool. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was Good. Temperature was easily adjusted and accurate. Mostly clean. Fridge and coffee maker worked well.

Hair matt on the floor in the shower. Front door was slightly out of wack and hard to open and close. A little noisy, I could here the neighboring room door squeaking all night. Probably the bathroom door. Gringo restaurant dinner not so good. And, I would almost never complain about the food but this was bad. The front desk couldn't find our reservation, so we had to show them the printout we brought with us.

I was very pleased with my stay! I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. My room was very clean, and I loved the balcony and pool area. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner I had at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and happy to make recommendations.

Pool area could use more towels, and there were bees in the fountain area.

Most of the breakfasts were very late in opening. A couple days the doors weren't opened for over 40 minutes past the scheduled times. Also, the food delivery wasn't keeping up, and mostly cold. There was a terrible sewer oder in our room. The floor was filthy when we arrived. My wife actually bought Clorax Wipes to clean it.

Nice location. Good breakfast. The common areas were updated and very nice.

Rooms are small, property is older but it was clean.

The beds were very hard and squicky sounds when tossing and turning... room was very small, bathroom was cold as the room heater did not reach it. Main road noise...

the rooms are low quality and the complimentary breakfast was 1 out of 10.

Our room had the option of a parking spot right in front which was helpful for bringing the pet in.

The bathroom was small & the parking spot in front of our hotel was taken when we went to dinner.
