large room, A/C worked well. clean sheets,

long walk to room, towels were very worn, hotel pool is small and water feature did not work. Hallway A/C do not work, the hotel is desperately in need of repairs, parking is terrible and not enough of it available. shower was cracked, fridge and coffee maker did not work, there was coffee in the lobby, the tv was small and hard to see from second bed, and did not offer free cable, you were required to stream from your own phone and internet was very sketchy

Old. Needs a facelift in the worse way.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The parking garage is a nice feature especially for someone riding a motorcycle like I was. The beds were also very comfortable.

The property is very dated and somewhat run down. It needs a complete remodel. Balconies would be a nice addition to rooms where it's possible. Also there are no amenities in the hotel itself.

Clean place and it was comfortable

One of the young male staff members at the front was very rude , he was showing no empathy towards the situation that was going on. Y’all need to hire better people to service good customer service it was absolutely disgusting .

The front desk staff didn’t even greet, the room was dirty, lap shades had mold spots, room stunk so bad like mold and urine, the window seals are cracked with paint chipping off, there was mold in the kitchen cabinets. the couch was extremely dirty. the AC was filthy and smelled like mold. This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. You could literally not breath well in this hotel and room.

The pillows don’t have any sort of protection, my daughter got lice from there. The heater on the pool was not working. Water was cold.

Nothing. it was not at all like the pictures or description and we aren’t picky travelers.

It was filthy. my grandson crawled on the carpet in our room and his hands and legs and the tops of his feet were black. We asked the front desk for a blanket for the pull out couch and they told us they didn’t have any. They gave me 2 sheets, one of which had to go under them because the sheet on the pullout bed was dirty. Staff told me that we had a king size bed so we didn’t get any bedding. I said that my daughter, my grandson, and I were not all sharing one bed and we needed bedding for the pullout we paid for. The king bed also didn’t have a blanket. Just a sheet and a coverlet of sorts, but it was better than nothing. We paid for a kitchenette. There was not one dish or pot or utensil in the cabinets. We aren’t picky people. We always think as long as a place is clean, we just need it for sleeping. My daughter has slept in a shed under mosquito netting in some of her travels. This was the worst place we have ever been to. The worst part was how filthy is was. When you’re child is black from being on indoor carpet, it’s an issue.

Mrs Desiree at the front desk was exceptionally amazing. I can guarantee, next time I head back to South Padre, I will stay no other place but there!!!

There was nothing to not like, all the staff was friendly. Even the guest playing cards in the lobby were very nice as well.
