Motel style hotel refurbished, everything is new in the room. Very good new towels. Room service every day. By car, it is ok to stay here and visit Baltimore. Trash cans in the bedroom, including bins for recyclable trash.

It's said that there is breakfast included, but actually there is a self service orange juice machine, a coffe machine and some protein bars to grab and go (and this is it). Even if my reservation was for queen beds, they are small beds (but comfortable).

Everything and all staff were great.

We got there Friday night snd were met with a barrage of loud people smoking weed. They were rowdy most of the night and the weed was so strong that the smoke seeped under the door. On Saturday the local police were present and we had no more issues.

Customer service, no microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast wasn't served. Noise all night until morning which made it impossible to sleep. I asked to be relocated to an e.mpty ground floor room but was refused. The room was non refundable, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here

It was clean. It was reasonable staff was nice. I wish I had a pool.

It was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities were easy to use and all the staff were excellent.

The room was nicely renovated

I love that the carpet has been replaced with laminate but that mean’s housekeeping needs to make sure they are sweeping and mopping because dirty and hair will remain on the floors

Everything was nice

Great staff, friendly and the room amenities were nice and new. All provided amenities worked perfectly and the value and location was perfect for our travel

Cleanliness was extremely sub par. Room floors were dirty, stains on sheets, curtains looked like they had food stains, and tables had stains from what also looked like food. One room had yellow stains on the floor by the toilet and the other had them on the shower curtain. Also both showers were not the most clean. We were told the location was just recently renovated so it's extremely surprising how it could get this dirty this fast

Room had a good TV, and the bed was comfortable.

The receptionist assigned us a room that was not clean. When we came back to the reception to notify the problem, the person did not say a word about it. Simply asked us the card and gave us another room without any explanation or apologize for that mistake.

I was told by front desk that house keeping leaves at 6pm, and I couldn’t get an extra blanket.
