Breakfast was great. Clean room. Pool and hot tub were excellent.

TV did not have a sleep function. Need to have separate remote for TVs that have a Direct TV remote so you can use this function.

came down to breakfast at 8:30 am and there was nothing left on the bar and the server didn't offer to put any more out. I had to go to a restaurant for breakfast.

The cigarette butts out the back exit all over. The elevator floor openings need much better cleaning on the metal floor door openings. It’s not Hilton high standard. The pool and jacuzzi are in need of complete renovation on the floors inside the pool and have Big holes in the concrete of pools. Very bad. It looks terrible. It’s not Hilton standard. No boiled eggs at breakfast. Only chezzy omelettes which many do not like. Variety more needed. No milk or chocolate milk available to drink.

I liked the variety of waffles and breakfast bars.

The breakfast could use fresh eggs and gravy.

Our toilet chain inside the tank broke and we had to take a piece of yarn and tie it together to make it flush. We reported it but no one ever came to fix it.

Our stay was miserable. Beds were very hard and lumpy. Bathroom had mold around tub and sink. No cleaning service. We were there 2 days before we were told you have to call the front desk for towels, etc. and you have to pick them up at the front desk. Room was never cleaned. If trash needed emptying, you do it and tie bag and leave outside your door. Hardly any hot water for showering and water pressure very low. Breakfast was a frozen joke. When I complained at front desk, the young man told me he had heard those complaints quite frequently. If you’re going to lower your services, you should lower the prices.

It was a clean room and good location

There were girls running up and down the halls all night. I hardly got any sleep. Banging noises and loud sounds.

Close to activities. Good parking facilities.
