Comfort of sitting room and quality of tv's and tv service. The exercise room was very well equipped with treadmills, elliptical weights and mats. The staff was very accommodating.

The hot breakfast items could have been hotter. By the time you put the eggs and potatoes on the plate and to your table they were at best, tepid.

The breakfast was good.

Well someone pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 AM. We all evacuated the hotel but we weren't given much direction or information. It was a false alarm but scary and disorienting. I don't understand why the rooms have no safe for jewelry or extra money? We stayed for a wedding and had to bring more fancy jewelry then normal plus carry extra cash would have been nice to store it in room.

The size of the room and the staff was friendly.

Parking is horrible. Spots are too small so my car was damaged by other people. No cameras to see who scratched my car. Now I have to pay to get it fixed.

I really like the room I stayed in.

Clean, easy to get around, decent breakfast, spacious rooms and full kitchen

Pool was a bit small and would have been nice to have some pool toys

The staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful. Our room and the pool met our needs as a family.

The breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast and that did not happen for whatever reason.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The room set-up was different but very nice. Breakfast was good.

I called down to the desk because there were no linens in the room for the sofa bed. We waited about an hour and finally had to go get dinner. (I do not know if they tried to deliver them while we were gone.) We waited a while after we returned from dinner and no linens. I went down to the desk. She said "Oh, you're the lady from 211." No apology or reason. She said they'd bring them up later. I told her I hoped that we got the sheets in time for my sister to go to bed. It was a while longer and the linens were finally delivered. The young gentleman that delivered them was very nice and apologetic.
