I didn’t get the room i booked i spend more money for a room that it was cheaper
The room they gave me was right next to housekeeping and woke me up around 7:30am both morning.
The housekeeping lady had loud phone listening to the mass and yelling..Jesus is coming soon

the room had a bad smell. The bathroom had a horrific smell. The toilet ball was leaking all over.

The breakfast was confusing. I didn't pay for the breakfast, so I didn't go. I was told later that I did pay for it, so I was given 2 free vouchers. There is a different price for hot meal vs continental cold breakfast. I conclusion, the breakfast was good.
For some reason the bed was giving me problems with my back. After 5 days my back started to hurt every time I slept in the bed or sat in the chair. In all my years of traveling, this was the first time I had this problem. This was the only negative at this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and the waitress was exceptionally nice and helpful. It was easy to park.
It was hard to find. I first went to the Hampton Inn because you can't see the Hilton Garden Inn from the road. There the staff told me that people get it mixed up every day. The signage should be improved since this is a chronic problem. When you are tired from your travels you don't want to waste time going into the wrong hotel.
While the room was air conditioned, the hallways and elevators were extremely hot and muggy. I would never recommend this hotel for someone going to a wedding or special event, because after you're dressed and ready to go, by the time you get from your room to the car, you're a mess. Very bad.
The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming, as soon as you walk in or come downstairs. It was hard to eat with that smell.
The side door was propped open the entire time we were there.
While most of the staff were helpful, one guy who covers the desk just sits on his phone. When asked questions, he did look up and answer and was pleasant, but he should look up and welcome the guests or at least smile or something.

My mother in wheelchair, I booked a room with that preference of a roll in shower. Even called and spoke with someone from the hotel and was told it’s confirmed as she literally can not walk. Then when my parent reached the hotel they were told there handicap room is not available and that it’s because they booked from booking.com. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s completely unacceptable behaviour and policy. A handicap room is not guaranteed?? Then why is it even a option while booking the room. Horrible

good place to stay close to restaurants!!!
the only thing I didn’t like was I was promised to be emailed a receipt for my stay and still haven’t received one!!! I need a receipt for my expenses for the company I work for!!!! makes the second time I have been done this way!!!! Looks like I’m going to have to go to Holiday Inn they have no problem getting me a receipt!!!!

good location for what we needed, beds very comfortable , good parking
late PM checkin hotel clerk not friendly, told us nothing about hotel, didn’t tell us check out time, or how restaurant works for breakfast , or complementary coffee. Easter was next AM, I asked about a Catholic Church near by , he said not around here. I googled it and there was one literally 0.8 of a mile away! he did not want to help us. then Sunday I am in shower NO Shampoo in dispenser!!!! what am I to do , not wash my hair I guess. check out on Sunday 8:50 AM got no receipt

No ice machine on any floor only the first floor. i was on the fourth floor and had to go to the first floor to get ice. 😡

The beds were extremely comfortable. I had my own coffee machine and the shampoo in the bathroom smelled good.
When I first entered nobody was behind the desk. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get somebody. I also feel like check out time is pretty early.

the hotel seemed to be in a perfect location for us,
i specifically booked this hotel because i very much wanted a hot tub in the room and the hot tub wasnt working. when i contacted the front desk they told me that they dont have a tech guy on duty so i will need to go without.

We had to change rooms because of bad food odors in first room.
Mold in shower needs attention.
