It was located near where we needed to be. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was normal for a hotel of this type.
We were shocked at how dirty the hallways were. There were ground in chips and other food debris in the hallway. Very heavily perfumed cleanser had obviously been used A LOT to cover up odors and it was somewhat oppressive. Furthermore, the bed was very difficult to sleep in because the mattress was so crushed in that when lying flat, my feet were higher than my head. This makes blood rush to your head and it is very hard to sleep that way. Essentially, we left feeling that we had stayed in a dirty, uncomfortable place.

Decor a little out dated. But no big deal. Prefer space, location, and staff pleasantries far more important.

Room was not clean (dirty toilet, bathroom floor, spiderwebs), Kleenex and lotion were empty upon arrival, sofa bed was unusable, nearby door to outside was so loud that it constantly woke us up, breakfast was not stocked well

The mattress was stained terribly! The covers was dirty the top one was clean. The thick one right under was dirty which I didn’t notice until the second day 🤮.. the floors were musty smelling and idk if It was from the rain but the last day it reeked of a dog smell!

The location was convenient for the two events we attended during our stay.
The floors were dirty, usb outlet in or room didn’t work, there was a pair of shoes and a bag of trash left in the hallway the two days we stayed, checking in was more difficult than it should have been because the Booking.com confirmation number didn’t help the front desk locate my reservation, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the bottom of the pool looked dirty.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice each morning.
I booked a regular king room and we were put into a king handicap room which wouldn’t have been a big deal but I don’t think they clean those rooms very often. Our room was not clean at all. I always pack Lysol wipes and a can of Lysol when I travel and I had to wipe out the A/C because there was black residue on it (hopefully it wasn’t black mold). The bathroom was disgusting and there were stains on the sheets and blanket so we had to get fresh ones the first day. the floor had not been vacuumed and the lamp shades were very dirty. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money.

The beds were comfortable. The amount of space is great for those traveling with friends or family. The staff were nice and welcoming.
Unfortunately, there was only a few sheets of toilet paper on the roll. The toilet paper roll was covered by a bath towel. Really worried this room may hands not been thoroughly cleaned. Several areas on the walls, closet and ceiling had damage. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. Overall it was not worth the price.

everything about the room was loud, the air conditioning was loud, the mini fridge was loud, you could hear every step the person on the floor above me.
