Clean Accommodations, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff.

Everything was Accommodating.

The lobby was nice, well holiday decorated.

No breakfast or housekeeping on one of the days of our stay. This was not advised during check-in. And they refused to provide a discount for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was good and well located. Service there was good.

First of all, I had two rooms, one for me and my wife and one for my son and wife with a puppy. At check in we notified the clerk that the room with the puppy did not need maid service, but my room would indeed require maid service. After the first day there was no maid service, I notified the night clerk and was assured that the remainder of our stay would have maid service, but we did NOT. There was no clock in the room, tried to get a wakeup call but the phone was always busy tried to talk to the night clerk, nowhere to be found. Only one roll of toilet paper. And for the price!!!!! the first night $129.00, the second night $270.00 and the third night $289.01, I know this was a special weekend but I could have stayed in one of the best bed & breakfast in town with better accommodations, Total price for our stay was $1645.54, and the taxes were outrageous I am a Hilton honors member #688207613, I asked if I could use my points towards the price of the rooms, was told that I could not because I booked through Booking.com, what difference does that make. I have traveled quite a bit and have always tried to stay at the Hampton Inns, this experience was definitely not up to your regular standards. I will definitely consider looking ElseWare the nex time I travel.

I was double charged for the room and I haven't received any refund yet as of today 11/18/2022

the fire alarm kept going off for an hour at 9:00 at night! breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner.
