The staff was friendly & accommodating.

Yes, it was a smoking room but it didn't have to smell of stale smoke.

dirty room. saw two cockroaches, unusable coffee maker, horrible and das breakfast which consisted of one honey bun and lukewarm coffee

No breakfast, the only thing it had a 6 am was 2 danish and when we Book it was saying breakfast include. And no coffee was made in the morning

I was put in a used non clean room the room had stuff in the refrigerator a used washcloth & soap in the bathroom

seem like they were over booked and I was put in a room that was not properly cleaned I was giving a non smoking room when I requested / booked a smoking room

The people at the front desk were not welcoming and quite condescending.

The bed was so bad. Broken and looks like nobody pay attention to it. The mattress are so bad that it’s impossible to sleep on it. And the noise. There were working on the other room beside mine and too noice at early morning around 8 am …,,, not good at all ..,

There’s a restaurant next to the property and it’s impossible to park in there because the restaurant customers take the hotel parking lot the the hotel employees don’t do nothing about it..

the water was off when I first got there but other then that that was it.

The location was fine for the events that we came to attend. The rooms were clean and the air condition, refrigerator and TV were all operating.

The coffee maker in room 304 was not usable and it appeared to not have been cleaned from it's prior use. Additionally, it was advertised that a continental style breakfast was included/served but this was not the case. Only coffee or tea was.
