Very good bed. Clean room.

Booked 2 rooms months ago, but when I checked in I was told since I booked on line thought this site I could not have connecting room or even rooms on the same floor. Additionally, both rooms were handicapped accessible which we did not ask for and they were next to the elevators and ice machines. Lots of noise which kept us up at night. I felt like I was penalized for using your site to book these rooms.

The staff is really professional, polite and informative

The room smelled musty despite not having carpets. The indoor/outdoor pool is really just indoors…pictures make you believe the pool area doors are open during the summer but that is not the case. The pictures also make you believe that you are close to the water but you are not. There should be more outdoor Adirondack chairs and areas on the lawn to sit/gather. The area to gather is near the outdoor dining and it felt intrusive

The room was very spacious for my family of 4. Having 2 king beds was incredible and something that I had never seen in a room of this type before. The facilities were clean and updated and the water view was a real bonus.

I was really looking forward to having breakfast outside on the patio overlooking the water but was disappointed to find that this was not offered. That area was really active the night before, so I assumed it would be used for breakfast also.

I did not like the water view that I paid for. I was on top of the air conditioners and the roof from the restaurant. Also bigger windows would have been nicer.

The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was super convenient, quick and our driver was friendly. He even gave us information about the town and recommendations.

clean. open spaces, helpful staff particularly maintenance team member Emilio. he was so helpful when our car wouldn’t start and did everything to get us going. A huge thank you to him.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was nice and had specials for early dinner. We ate there twice and enjoyed both meals. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, a nice hotel. We will likely stay there again.

Loved the friendly staff! I ordered breakfast from the restaurant next door, it was on the pricey end, but delicious!

For some reason I couldn't regulate the temperature in the room to remain at a comfortable setting. I was either too hot or too cold.

Shower needs a door. Water goes all over. Need hooks to hang wet towels in bathroom.
