It was a beautiful location. Very peaceful and relaxing!

There was no menu for ordering food in the room. We wanted to order, but weren't sure how.

It's a convenance & quite location for my business trip in Bellevue downtown since only take 5 minuets from hotel to there.

I will prefer more comfortable pillows at bed.

Location and view was fantastic. Food around the hotel was very good.

Clean and well-kept property. The staff were gracious and friendly. The bathroom vanity lighting was sufficient, curtains blocked exterior light very well, and the HVAC performed appropriately. Appreciated the shelving in the bathroom as well.

While conscious of weekend accommodation rates during summer, I’d deem this a poor value. What’s with the $25 resort fee? The amenities were sparse; the “raid the pantry” feature was a let-down, with most of the meager selection being exhausted roughly halfway through its allotted time. I also didn’t care for how thin and stiff the comforter was. And why doesn’t a four star hotel of this size offer room service? To receive breakfast in my room the hotel indicated I needed to contact the restaurant across the street myself and have it delivered. Nothing special, though it did arrive on-time both mornings. The toilet also ran intermittently, though it wasn’t enough of a bother to contact the hotel about.

One of the guest set the fire alarm at 2:00 am. After many miscues with the fire department we were allowed back to our room after an hour and a half. The hotel took zero responsibility for their inability to deal with this unfortunate situation. They need to understand that things like this happen and they need to deal with it to satisfy their guests. Do no recommend them

Location was super. I attended the conference of Urasenke Chado 50th Anniversary event, so I did not have enough time to enjoy all the facilities during my stay.

For small people, it will be nice to have access for soap/shampoo at more lower place.

A wedding ceremony and a party were being held right under my room.The noise was terrible.The noise did not cease after 10:00 p.m.The cost of lodging was so high that I felt it was not worth it.

breakfast, food and bar arrangement is not great. guests have to go across from the hotel to a coffee shop and queue to ask for a free coffee or te which is embarrassing. the coffee is drip coffee, not good. there is an area on the back of the hotel looking at the water that is beautiful but seemed to be mainly for weddings or other activities. we sat there but no service is provided in that area. there is a pantry with snacks and chocolates etc but only opens from 10-12 midnight. hardly anyone will be eating sweets and snacks that late.

excellent location，great view。the room is not so spacious but enough. Need to book beach Cafe early otherwise you’ll wait. There are lots of weddings there the music is loud. it’s touching to see a wedding

Good Location

The bed was springy and squishy. The pillows were all the same, huge feather pillows that swish down in seconds. I recommend updated beds, updated toilets and a variety of pillows. The hotel needs to pay for parking.

Late night snacks included! Food nearby! Beautiful interior

Location couldnt be more perfect- weather was amazing- great restaurants around hotel- views off water- and the staff was amazing- will be back again and again!
