I didn’t feel that this hotel offered any thing special beside the tiki bar and pool. Unfortunately if there is bad weather the hotel is nothing special. Even the rooms are dated

oceanfront location and balcony. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get to and having parking lot and elevator in a convenient location. Would have liked to sit by the pool because it looked inviting but it was too windy out.

View was wonderful. Bathroom too small and not lighted well for ladies applying makeup.

I liked the view, staff and cleanliness.
Waiting 15 minutes for a table to be cleaned at breakfast when there were 8 tables clean and ready to use. I feel the hostess dropped the ball.

The property is conveniently located on Beach Ave. walk across to the ocean or hangout at the pool. Food/beverage service at both areas. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Food was good as well.
The only thing I wish were different was the location of the living room area in the suite. It would be nice if the bathroom was at the door so the rest of the floor plan was open and exposed to the ocean view.

the room was very nice and the lounge chairs at the pool were so comfortable
the construction on the roof was extremely noisy and woke us up at 7 am every day

The location was nice and the balcony view was pretty
The hotel didn’t enforce its nonsmoking policy and our balcony and the pool area were tainted by cigars and cigarettes smoke. Also only one tiny slow elevator in a 7 story building. The tiki bar allows non guests who were pretty loud

My view of the ocean was exceptional.
The staff wasn't very polite. The food wasn't very good and the wait time for the food was inexcusable.

I stay at Congress Hall or the Ocean Club yearly since we come down at least twice a year. Pricing is similar but I was shocked how much it went up. I love the property and understand COVID caused a decline in travel. Everything was expensive. $1800 for 2 nights was a lot.
Cost went up ridiculously high.

Location was great. Everything was close by.

Resort is beautiful. Pool and bar area was great. Sammy at the pool took great care of us can’t wait to return.

Wonderful view of ocean from room. Refrig, microwave and coffee set up appreciated.
The building itself is a little old but well maintained. Takes a really long time for the water in bathroom/shower to get hot!
