The only thing good was the lady that checked us in!! She was great and we did love the full kitchen.

The area was extremely shady. A lot of coming and going in the Parkin lot. You could smell a lot of pot and it was obvious people was coming and selling things from their cars!!!

Door stuck sometimes, elevator was not clean sometime, did not like the room check idea,

Nothing. It's not worth the money

To start off when I got there to check in the lady was extremely rude. She told me that she told booking to email me and tell me my booking was deleted because they didn't have enough rooms and it's not her problem that booking can't follow her instructions. She checked to see if she had any rooms available and she had one left so I rent ahead and got it. Then she told me that there was only house keeping once a week. My room was not clean there was food all throughout the bed and the towels had something crusted on them. The floor wasn't swept or anything. I couldn't get clean towels while I was there, I had to go buy towels and toilet paper just to use while I stayed. There was no one at the front desk at night and they didn't show up until after 3pm while I was there. The wifi didn't work. The side door wouldn't open. I would not waste your time or money here.

The studio apartment type set up. The laundry facilities even though it did take my money.

The only thing I liked about the room was one staff member and she works at front desk she was as nice as she could be but she was not the boss and she had to do what the boss said and when I was supposed to check in I was an hour late and they said I was cannot check in after 8 I had to get another hotel room for that night you still charge

The room they rented me was full of bugs I got bit up so much I had to go to the hospital and get a shot cuz I'm allergic to them I told him I said there was nothing I could see or or really give me my money back for that day cuz I checked out a day early and had to get a different hotel room and all you did was sorry hun that was management

The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I felt welcomed, valued and appreciated.

Could have been slightly more clean. The towels ans blankets were NOT fresh and crisp. The stove in our room DID NOT work.

maintenance items -- chipped paint on door, chipped formica counter top, dings on wooden bureau, open seam on edge of office chair. hallway had litter in the morning when I left. no breakfast, but that's standard at such places offering kitchens and extended stays..
