The place was really clean an well maintained so was the room deff looking forward to coming back

Issue with using Discover card, bathroom could use a little better cleaning on the floor.

It was close to our event.

The handicap room with the flashing light when someone was at the doorbell. We didn’t ask for that.

The pool & hot tub were not heated

Great breakfast buffet included. Very kind staff and clean room with fridge/microwave. Quiet. Considerably cheaper than same hotel in nearby Staunton, definitely worth the short detour on our long drive home.

Pool wasn’t heated and felt unusually cold for an indoor pool (my daughter was shivering) and hot tub was also not heating but seemed a little warmer than the pool, so luckily it was big enough to entertain my 7 year old.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful

Rooms were too dark, need more lighting.

A couple flies in our room buzzing was gross. The property having issue w DirectTV. only got 10 channels. Called at time of booking to confirm pool and hot tub open, which was told it was. Unfortunate when got there was closed for renovations.

I loved being close to restaurants and stores.

The pool wasn't open, and we could hear the people in the room next to us.

The staffs as very friendly and polite. We booked a family suit and they were over booked so they upgraded us to two conjoining rooms at no extra cost which was very nice of them. Overall that was very lovely.

The pool was closed for construction which wasn’t posted on the website and happened to be one of the main reasons we chose that particular hotel so it was very disappointing. We were surprising our children with a trip for spring break and were very much looking forward to the pool. Also the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was a bonus. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows as always.

Door didn’t fit well so a bit noisy but I understand that renovations are taking place.

The room was exactly as described. Staff was very friendly considering they were short staffed.

Just like many other places, you could tell they were short staffed. There was only one woman to run the front desk and make breakfast. She had a hard time keeping up, but she always had a smile. Our room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. For example, the shower and sink in the bathroom looked as though they hadn't been cleaned from the previous person.

I appreciate 24 hr decaf coffee. The mattress (with topper removed) was firm enough to be good for my husband's back. Very good water pressure and flow in shower.

The breakfast had few healthy or vegetarian options. No recumbent bike in the gym (my husband likes to use in am). Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. For breakfast I appreciate skim milk or almond milk (weren't there) but ended up taking an apple and banana.

no ice on our floor, no credit card for washer/dryer. not hot breakfast options. Poor ventilation in bathrooms…everything was wet when taking shower. some staff was not that friendly. would be great to know about renovations ahead of time.
